CAMP PONG: Come Ping a Pong!

by missyeley on June 15, 2010

Filled with good vibes and friendly creatives, Camp Pong is the first ever pop-up ping pong bar in Singapore. This is the first project by Present Purpose, the brainchild of Tracy Philips. She has helped shape South East Asia’s nightlife, music and popular culture landscape for more than a decade. To put it simply, Tracy is awesome. As for Camp Pong, I absolutely love this place! I can have my beer, space out to good music, meet new people, smack ping pong, play beer pong, and even ping pong roulette, without having to worry how well I play.

Losing Sleep Over This

by missyeley on June 9, 2010

Plants VS Zombies – Now who hasn’t heard of this game? This real time strategy, tower defense game is one of the must-have if you own an iPhone.

Here, you play as a home owner whose house is getting invaded by the zombies. Using plants and fungi, you kill a variety of zombies to keep them out of your lawn, pool and roof, day and night. Your neighbour, Crazy Dave (he talks in a reaaaallly crazy way), sells you new plants and upgrades which increase your defense for higher levels.

In a nutshell, it is jam packed with lots of fun on-the-go, minus the Zen Garden and its level difficulty seems easier on the iPhone. So even if you’ve played the PC/Mac version of Plants VS Zombies, you will still find yourself falling in love with this game on the iPhone, like I do.

I’ve just completed this game last night and I’m craving for more zombie-killing!!

This game is available for PC, Mac, Web, iPhone and iPad too!
